88 balaz, an active rock band who was known as「The Craziest Indie Band」in Taiwan.
88 balaz was founded at 1997. They were much influenced by Nirvana and GUNS & ROSES in their student period. Next year, this young band made their first official performance at The Spring scream music festival with many famous bands at the age of 18.
Four years after they founded, 88balaz won the biggest rock-band competition in taiwan---Indie award of Ho-Hai-Yan music festival at 2001.

However, this young band didn’t change their mind of being an excellent rock band.
From 2002-2007, they had made almost 400 performances in Taiwan!

Six years after,2008, The 88 Balaz released their new album「44 Stone lions」and go back to the big-blue stage of Ho-Hai-Yan music festival.
They also made tours at Beijing and Tokyo with their new album!

The founder of the Spring Scream music festival ,wade, has made a comment on the 88 balaz：「They Totally rocked!」
